Please choose your event category carefully. Once confirmed, registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified under any circumstances.
Provide a valid email ID and mobile number that you access regularly. These will be used for all official communication.
Add support@shahothon.com to your safe sender list to avoid missing important updates.
The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without providing reasons. Only the registration fee (excluding bank charges) will be refunded in such cases.

All official updates, announcements, and notifications will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
These communications are part of the event and should not be treated as spam.
Any message or notice sent to your registered email address will be considered successfully delivered.

Participants must be medically fit and physically prepared to take part in a long-distance running event.
It is mandatory to consult a physician before registering to confirm your fitness level.
Participants must follow all race rules and instructions from organizers and volunteers.
Participants must immediately stop running if advised by medical personnel or officials.

Running is a physically demanding activity involving risk of injury or illness.
Participation is at your own risk, and organizers or sponsors will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents.
Participants assume all risks, including but not limited to falls, dehydration, weather conditions, and traffic-related incidents.
Medical support will be available during the event, but participants are responsible for their own health and safety.

Bibs must be collected personally from the designated location.
Collection by another person is allowed only with written authorization and valid ID proof.
Running bibs are non-transferable. Using someone else’s bib will result in disqualification.
Use of bicycles, skates, pets, or strollers on the race course is strictly prohibited.

By registering, participants grant permission to the organizers to use photos, videos, and recordings for promotional or event purposes without compensation.
Participants waive any rights to inspect or approve the final published materials.

In case of adverse weather, government orders, or any unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event.
Registration and merchandise fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in such cases.
Organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to event changes.

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for event purposes.
Organizers will safeguard your information and not share it with third parties, except for official event operations.
You agree to receive updates and promotional messages from the event organizers or sponsors.

By participating in Bharat Ka Bhavishy Shahothon – 2025, you acknowledge and agree to:

Understand the nature of the event and associated risks.
Accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or property loss during the event.
Release event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
Authorize medical personnel to provide emergency treatment and share relevant medical data with organizers if needed.

If the participant is under 18, the parent/guardian grants permission for their child to participate.
The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s safety and compliance with event rules.

I have read and understood all Terms & Conditions.
I agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the event organizers.
I participate at my own risk and waive all claims against the organizers and sponsors.
